Global Delivery from Ukraine We are proud to engineer and manufacture our products in Ukraine. Despite the current challenges, our logistics routes are stable, and we ensure reliable delivery to our customers across Europe and beyond.

Delivery Terms (Incoterms® 2020)

• DAP (Delivered at Place): All shipments are sent under DAP terms in accordance with Incoterms® 2020.

• What this means for you: We (the seller) are responsible for the delivery of the goods, including transport costs and export clearance in Ukraine.

• Customer Responsibility: As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes (VAT), and local customs clearance fees upon the arrival of the shipment in your country.

Shipping Times Since we ship directly from Ukraine, we work with leading international courier services to ensure the best balance between speed and safety:

• Central Europe (Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, etc.): 5–8 business days.

• Western & Northern Europe (Germany, France, Scandinavia): 7–10 business days.

• Rest of the World: 10–14 business days.

Shipping Rates The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Our battery racks are packed in a compact, flat-pack format (15.5 kg) to minimize shipping costs and ensure the product arrives in perfect condition.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your shipment every step of the way from our production facility in Ukraine to your door.

Damaged Shipments Your energy system's safety is our priority. Please inspect the packaging upon arrival. If you notice any damage, report it to the courier immediately and contact our support team.
